    Lucy, I am amazed at the health benefits of drinking coffee! I have often thought about giving it up, but now I have great reasons to continue drinking it. I wouldn’t have believed it, but since you’re a medical doctor, I trust you know your research. Thank you!

      Hi Susan, glad to meet you too, and to know that this post serves an informative source for you. Yes coffee itself has been known for its protective effect on cardiovascular and diabetes risk, the amount of moderation is about 3-4 cups per day. But we need also to take concern at the caffeine effect like palpitations, jitters, restlessnes, those effects may not be good for individual with hypertension, etc. some people also cant take this “effects” and likely known as sensitive to coffee. Also coffee has an issue associated with osteoporosis, as it interferes with the bone mineral density… So we need to keep it moderate and balance in everything, include our eating and drinking.. Hope this gives more insight, and God bless -luz-
