It is hard to keep in faith when we face difficult times, when what we hope for doesn’t happen, when we think we have failed, and when things get hard to understand. But in these times, instead of believing what we feel, we should make a decision to believe what God says in His Word.
We need to have purpose in everything that we do, if not we will left feel empty and pointless. Most of the time, we want instant gratification of our desires, why wouldn’t we? we like that feeling of satisfaction, of having our “current needs” fulfilled. Yet is that the way it should be? A fire devours before them, and behind them a flame burns; the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yes, and none has escaped [the ravages of the devouring hordes].
4 Their appearance is like the appearance of horses, and like war horses and horsemen, so do they run.
5 Like the noise of chariots on the tops of the mountains they leap—like the noise of a flame of fire devouring the stubble, like a mighty people set in battle array.
6 Before them the peoples are in anguish; all faces become pale.
7 They run like mighty men; they climb the wall like men of war. They march each one [straight ahead] on his ways, and they do not break their ranks.
8 Neither does one thrust upon another; they walk every one in his path. And they burst through and upon the weapons, yet they are not wounded and do not change their course.
9 They leap upon the city; they run upon the wall; they climb up on and into the houses; they enter in at the windows like a thief.
10 The earth quakes before them; the heavens tremble. The sun and the moon are darkened and the stars withdraw their shining.
11 And the Lord utters His voice before His army, for His host is very great, and [they are] strong andpowerful who execute [God’s] word. For the day of the Lord is great and very terrible, and who can endure it?
12 Therefore also now, says the Lord, turn and keep on coming to Me with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning [until every hindrance is removed and the broken fellowship is restored].
Run like a horse
Walk with burning passion
Infiltrate every strongholds
to the peak of our destiny
This small word “ALL” can be easy enough to be forgotten, yet hold such a wondrous strength within itself in meaning. The word “ALL” changes everything when you put it in its proper place in a sentence.
36 For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. [For all things originate with Him and come from Him; all things live through Him, and all things center in and tend to consummate and to end in Him.] To Him be glory forever! Amen (so be it).
Eph 4:6 (NIV)
one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
1 Pet 5:7 (AMP)
Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you.
1 Cor 10:31 (NIV)
So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.
Do you see it (All)? Don’t us tend to overlook this powerful word?
He knows ALL things, He has ALL powers, He is the Creator of ALL, He is the Ruler of ALL, He is King over ALL, He is OVER ALL, THROUGH ALL and IN ALL!
He knows ALL your weakness, He understands ALL your fear, anxieties, whatever you can mention, He holds ALL answer to your questions, prayers, anything. He loves you with ALL the love you long for….. this can goes on and on and on (and I think ALL has no limitation, or has it? the limit is…. ALL there is)
and only Him can fulfill ALL your needs! yes He may do that with people, yes He may reach you through your loved ones, yes He might have approached you with His blessings, but the bottomline is HE works THROUGH ALL of it.
I once read a wonderful statement, and I might have missed it unless I took some time to ponder its meaning.
It sounds like this:
“Give God your ALL, and let HIM be your ALL in ALL”
let the very dear one who reads this post, also ponder its meaning in your own life!
Hi guys, its been a while since i ve been updating my blog, coz there are so many things to do. but somehow today I reaaally feel the urge of sharing these encouragement God has been speaking to me through these days.
it comes from 2 Cor 4: 16-18, the Message states that:
16 So we’re not giving up. How could we! Even though on the outside it often looks like things are falling apart on us, on the inside, where God is making new life, not a day goes by without his unfolding grace. 17 These hard times are small potatoes compared to the coming good times, the lavish celebration prepared for us. 18 There’s far more here than meets the eye. The things we see now are here today, gone tomorrow. But the things we can’t see now will last forever.
Let’s run and leave all the burden that continues to hinder us …
no matter what we have made in the past, actually God is ever ready to forgive us and give us a whole new beginning, and he was so eager to deliver us from all the things that still bind us to fully living the real life within Him. He is not a god who said: okay now that you have made so many sin, its impossible for you to change, and I am so fed up with you, do not ever get close to me again! NO, He is the One who said: a drooping reed would not be broken
but we need to realize there is a false paradigm that has dwell inside our community for so long, and that’s what is hindering us to be all God wants us to be, what is it? Continue reading
